As a business we place family values at the heart of everything we do.


We believe that there are four major areas of CSR which are particularly important and pertinent to ourselves and to all the stakeholders involved with our business. These areas perfectly align with our vision, mission, and values. 

Our staff:

We are totally committed to becoming an “employer of choice” whereby we provide secure, rewarding, and enjoyable employment for all of our team within a culture of personal development and encouragement, whilst offering a wide and innovative range of benefits and perks.


We treat everyone equally irrespective of age, perceived disability, race, or religion. We have signed up for the Apprenticeship Programme and have already seen a young man and two young ladies successfully complete their apprenticeships in electrical engineering, business management and accounts. We are pleased and proud to have two more young men who are also undertaking an apprenticeship in electrical engineering.

Our business: 

We aim, in conjunction with being an “employer of choice”, to have a motivated and focused workforce who are committed to achieving the company’s goals and objectives whilst consistently enhancing our levels of service to all customers.


We will always act in a professional, compliant, and respectful manner with all stakeholders and our business ethics will centre around the approach of honesty, service and professionalism.

Our community:

We aim to try and support the community by providing rewarding employment for local people. We are also actively involved in our local community in different ways - one director helps manage and run a local football club, another does the same with his local cricket club, a third is a member of her child’s school PTA whilst the fourth gives up his time working with a community charity whereby he takes out elderly people on a trishaw enabling them to enjoy the local countryside and benefit from fresh air and a break from the care home.


We have also consistently sponsored the cricket and football clubs as well as making donations to the charity including purchasing a trishaw for them.



We always strive to be aware of our environment and are approved and authorised by the Environmental Agency. We have replaced all of the lighting in our new office with LED products which are far more environmentally friendly; we dispose of all waste in an approved and regulated way, and one of our directors drives an electric car. This, in conjunction with our ISO14001 accreditation, highlights our commitment to operating in as sustainable a manner as possible.

Our charities:

In conjunction with our community initiatives, we also support and raise funds for the Elizabeth Foundation, The YOU Trust and Cycling Without Age. We have tried to help and raise funds in a variety of ways including cycling around the Isle Of Wight, murder mystery events, dress down Friday contributions and company donations. We look forward to working closely and helping these wonderful charities further in the coming months and years.
