5 Step Process

  • 1. Site Survey

One of our fully qualified account managers, engineers or surveyors will visit your site and can provide technical assistance and input as they assess your requirements or needs. If required they could also help with any installation questions and queries prior and or during the project.

  • 2. Design & Specify

We would design, specify and supply systems that meet all current British Standards and regulations or to meet specific customer requirements. All products would be fully approved and manufactured by market leading companies many of which are UK based.

  • 3. Supply & Install

Should we be asked to offer an installation service in any area of life safety we are able and delighted to do so. Our NICEIC and BAFE accreditations provides you with assurance that we would provide a professional and fully compliant installation. All products would be fully approved and manufactured by market leading companies many of which are UK based.

  • 4. Commissioning

Once the installation is complete our fully qualified and experienced engineers will come to site and commission the system, this process includes ensuring the system is fully compliant and operational, we give a demonstration (if applicable) to the owner/tenant of the building as to how the system works and promptly issue a certificate to the customer.

  • 5. Maintenance & Call out

We offer maintenance agreements and contracts across our entire range of life safety systems irrespective of whether we have installed and supplied them or not. All agreed maintenance schedules will meet British Standards where applicable, to support the in hours planned maintenance service offering we also provide a 24/7 emergency call out service for those times when problems arise out of hours.

We would strongly recommend that all customers have a remote monitoring system installed to protect their property when no one is present to raise an alarm should a fire break out. These systems work by contacting the fire brigade with a message that enables them to attend your premises within 15 minutes of the alarm being activated and thereby being able to quickly deal with the fire before your property suffers extensive damage.
